Requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver quality food and service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Wendy’s standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and operational success
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience at Wendy’s is preferred, leadership experience preferred
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Proven track record in managing fast-paced restaurant operations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
