Groundskeeper

Description

Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests by keeping outdoor areas neat, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped spaces.
  • Perform routine lawn care such as mowing, trimming, and watering.
  • Remove litter, debris, and trash from designated areas.
  • Assist with minor landscaping projects and seasonal maintenance tasks.
  • Perform snow and ice removal during winter months, if applicable.
  • Report any property damage or safety hazards to management.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
