Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent food preparation and presentation
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, and speed!
- Make cleanliness and safety a top priority
- A team player
- Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Plating prepared foods
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Working with waitress and waiters to ensure that orders are completed accurately
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and guidelines
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with other members of kitchen staff
