Requirements
- Supervise and lead the overnight crew to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns efficiently.
- Train and coach team members to follow Wendy’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle cash transactions, register operations, and nightly deposits.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Prepare and stock ingredients for the morning shift.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or shift management role (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and managing reports.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
