Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the newest QSR coming in a year or less, ensuring quality food and exceptional service
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to meet performance and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment
- Collaborate to drive results and continuous improvement
- Manage labor
- Maintain a healthy profit & loss for your department
Training Provided:
- On-site cross-training with various managers across our Kenly 95 locations (including Iron Skillet, Wendy’s, Food Court, and more)
- Ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship to help you grow into a confident and effective leader
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Willingness to learn, travel for training, and work flexible hours
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
